St. Patrick's Day, Easter & More

Here are a few of the things we have been busy doing and learning.

After learning a bit about St. Patrick's Day we went on a shamrock hunt in our front lawn.  Lots of green found but no 4 leaf clovers.

Writing a Paragraph and Digital Tools

 

Get your QR Code readers ready to listen to each student read their paragraphs.  After studying text features the students turned a topic "triple whammy sentence" into a paragraph.  Students added text features to their writing and made a funny video of themselves reading their paragraph. 

The apps we used were Chatter Pix and Pic Collage.
